Deeper Network’s Month Newsletter is a brief bulletin containing the latest community developments, technical updates and market status of our project. It is periodically released at the end of each month among our community members. We would like to thank each and every member of Deeper Network’s community for your attention and support. Here are the latest updates:
A) Technical updates
Hardware:
1. Deeper Connect Lite has been fully completed! This product represents our third generation device. Its mass production has already started and can be purchased at our website. https://deepernetwork.io/
2, We are currently working in our new device, Deeper Connect Mini. We have so far completed 70% of what we consider will be our final product.
2.1 Our AtomOS system has been successfully booted. It has been optimized for software and hardware performance
2.2 The physical design of Deeper Network Midi has been completed. Currently it is being mass produced.
Software:
1, AtomOS — DIY version:
1.1 License activation function: approximately 85% of the work contemplated has been completed.
2, Troubleshooting:
2.1 We have Fixed the abnormal restart of the device
3, The following features are being developed at present:
3.1, NAT internal subnet reverse connection: approximately 85% of the work contemplated has been completed.
3.2, Smart contract reconstruction: approximately 73% of the work contemplated has been completed.
3.3，Trident protocol 2.0: approximately 58% of the work contemplated has been completed.
3.4，Control plane 2.0: approximately 90% of the work contemplated has been completed.
3.5，GDPR support: approximately 35% of the work contemplated has been completed.
4, Public chain research development：
4.1, PoC+VRF consensus algorithm on substrate framework: approximately 70% of the work contemplated has been completed.
4.2, Reimplementing smart contracts on substrate: approximately 53% of the work contemplated has been completed.
4.3, Sharding design: approximately 58% of the work contemplated has been completed.
B) Community news
1, The Q&A bounty activity continues. The rewards for Q&A bounty activities 144–150 have been distributed. Q&A bounty event paused adjustment
2, The new activity, Deeper Talk, has been launched. 1th — 3th Deeper Talk Activity Award has been sent
3, Community sign-in bounty rewards for the 28th — 21th weeks have been distributed.

1, Consensus Lab has announced a Strategic Investment in Deeper Network
2, Deeper Network has met with Morgan Stanley in New York
3, Yang Jinyan, general manager of Huobi Labs, visited Deeper Network’s Office in Silicon Valley.
4, The payment system to purchase Deeper Network’s products has been fully optimized. The website buying function is completely functional.
